A restaurant with basic Japanese cuisine, but which intends to experiment with mergers with other cultures, not only oriental.
The project recovers a building following a “naked” design approach: on the ground floor the kitchen is exposed with a direct drink counter, and a sequence of tables along the original wall that was also left exposed, veiled by a boisserie in thin tubular steel with a texture that alludes to Japanese origami, which integrates a series of multimedia screens. The channels of the implants are also left exposed.
A private room has been created on the upper floor, and there is access to the terrace which is mainly equipped in spring / summer.
The color palette includes an almost black opaque gray, a moss green, a sand color and a softened natural oak tending towards honey. Wallpaper has also been used which contains the colors from the palette, and reproduces a Japanese-style tree shadow design.
